💼 About This Role

You'll lead SI/PI design and validation for autonomous driving hardware at Waymo. You'll own simulation and measurement correlation to ensure signal and power integrity across PCBs, connectors, and cabling. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead SI/PI project planning and development for products and sub-systems
• Establish SI/PI guidelines and stack-up specifications through feasibility studies
• Audit layout routing and component placement to maximize SI/PI performance
• Perform SI/PI simulation and correlate with measurement for design sign-off

📋 Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years relevant experience
• Experience with SIPI simulation tools such as HFSS, SIwave, ADS
• Familiarity with lab equipment like oscilloscope, VNA, and TDR
• Demonstrated simulation-to-measurement correlation experience

✨ Nice to Have

• M.S.E.E. with 3 years experience or recent PhD in SIPI
• Familiarity with SERDES, SoC Power Integrity, or LPDDRx interfaces
• Experience in automotive-grade interfaces like xGBase-T1, CAN, LVDS, GMSL
