💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer service and drive sales at a sustainable shoe and bag retailer, coaching team members on the sales floor. You'll build long-lasting client relationships through personalized experiences and support store operations as Manager on Duty. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and model exceptional customer service on the sales floor
• Coach team members to uphold brand standards and drive sales
• Create lasting customer relationships through clienteling practices
• Assist with in-store events and activations
• Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience
• Some leadership responsibility in previous role
• Ability to stand/walk entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and use ladders
