You'll be a key member of the Quality Assurance team, validating functionality and data accuracy across Avetta's SaaS platform. You'll collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure features meet quality standards before release. This role offers the chance to leverage AI-assisted testing tools and contribute to improving team practices in an Agile environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute manual test cases for SaaS features.
• Validate web-based SaaS workflows and user experiences.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Execute regression testing and validate system integrations.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of Quality Assurance experience in SaaS or web environments.
• Experience testing web or SaaS applications.
• Hands-on experience with API and integration testing tools like Postman.
• Basic SQL or data validation skills.

• Experience leveraging AI agents for test case creation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
