💼 About This Role

You'll lead and expand Civil Science's survey practice across North Dakota, shaping division strategy and driving business development. You'll stabilize and scale the division through team building, client relationships, and quality management. This role offers ownership in a 100% employee-owned firm with no corporate red tape.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set strategic direction and lead division-level planning and budgeting
• Drive business development for the ND survey market
• Mentor and develop staff through performance management programs
• Represent the firm in municipal, regional, and state forums

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of surveying experience with strong technical depth
• North Dakota Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred but not mandatory
• Proven ability to develop and sustain revenue-generating client relationships in ND
• Experience overseeing and managing multi-project delivery
