Description

You will design and develop fiber optic connectivity solutions for the Starlink ground network infrastructure, create test automation in Python, and work with network teams to scale the physical layer and improve reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, applied physics, or related discipline
• 5+ years experience designing optical experiments and developing test automation

Responsibilities

• Design and develop optical connectivity solutions for Starlink ground network infrastructure
• Develop lab/production test stations for qualification and root cause analysis
• Develop modular, reusable test automation software in Python
• Scale Starlink network physical layer and optimize traffic flow
• Proactively monitor optical infrastructure health and lead reliability improvement
