Description

You will own the product definition for a new warehouse management system at North America's largest battery recycler, working on-site to determine what gets built, why, and in what order. You'll translate ambiguous business problems into clear, prioritized engineering work while keeping scope minimal and justified, with immediate focus on a 2026 cutover.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering and/or technical product leadership
• Experience building, implementing, or customizing warehouse management or supply chain systems
• Track record of translating ambiguous business problems into prioritized engineering work

Responsibilities

• Embed with warehouse operators, finance, and operations stakeholders to define WMS requirements for cutover
• Make scope decisions to keep the system minimal and justified
• Own product outcomes for the WMS initiative, measured by solving business problems
• Manage stakeholder landscape and keep them aligned
• Run continuous product discovery in parallel with engineering execution
