You will lead the Fleet Assist team, overseeing fleet operations for strategic clients, preparing financial analyses, and collaborating with Sales to drive business growth. Your role is to ensure high performance and exceptional client satisfaction through expert fleet management and consultative support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years fleet management or leasing experience
• 5+ years in a client-facing role with strong communication skills
• 3+ years people management experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Fleet Assist team to deliver exceptional client service
• Manage fleet operations for assigned clients and recommend efficiency/cost-saving strategies
• Oversee client fleet databases, coordinate service requests, and manage recurring vehicle orders
• Prepare and present financial analyses, fleet reports, and client presentations
• Partner with Sales Executives to identify new business growth opportunities
