Description

You will build full-stack features and orchestrate AI agents to accelerate engineering workflows on NICE's next-generation Workforce Management platform. Work in a fast-paced, agentic environment where experimentation and ownership are expected.

Requirements

• B.Sc./BE in Computer Science with GPA ≥ 85
• 8+ years of BE/Fullstack experience
• AI-augmented development including MCP servers
• Strong understanding of OOP and OOD concepts
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering excellence through AI-augmented workflows and agentic development patterns
• Develop end-to-end cloud features on AWS
• Optimize components for maximum performance
• Lead feature design and implementation, set team standards
• Champion continuous improvement and high-velocity delivery
