Description

You will build relationships with clinical partners in your local community, driving market penetration and connecting people to life-saving mental health treatment. As a Territory Manager, you'll own go-to-market strategy, lead in-person meetings, and deepen partnerships across priority markets.

Requirements

• Based in Wauchula / Sebring, FL area
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years sales experience with overachieving KPIs preferred
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead in-person meetings with patients, parents, and providers to address barriers to treatment
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across different channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
