💼 About This Role
You'll develop and execute the commercial strategy for our exome and genome products within the pediatric and adult specialist markets. Your work will directly drive utilization, enhance customer engagement, and ensure market leadership. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution at a rapidly growing genomics company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the **commercial sales strategy** for assigned business area.
- Own and report on volume snapshots, pipeline health, and key performance metrics.
- Partner with marketing to design and launch targeted campaigns and educational programs.
- Lead collaborations, CME initiatives, and partnership programs to drive growth.
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years in commercial strategy or sales leadership in healthcare diagnostics or life sciences.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
✨ Nice to Have
- Advanced degree (MBA, MPH) preferred.
- Experience with sales within specialty markets considered an asset.
