You'll define strategic vision, drive product innovation, and collaborate across engineering, growth, and design teams to deliver features that expand Proton's value proposition. Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in product management in B2C or B2B SaaS
• Proven track-record in successful product and major feature launches
• Strategic leader with an analytical and data-driven mindset
• Strong empathy for the customer and user-centric mindset
• Strong innate sense for good UX
• Experience building and managing high-performing teams
• Ability to be hands-on and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to dig into technical details with engineers
