🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute and enhance the firm's risk governance framework
• Proactively identify and assess emerging risks in digital assets
• Design, implement, and monitor effective risk controls
• Develop and maintain key risk indicators (KRIs)

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of risk management experience in financial institution
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of operational risk and internal controls
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
