You'll drive operational improvements across a portfolio of employee-owned MEP trade businesses. You'll work on-site with company presidents to stabilize operations, implement ServiceTitan, and build trust with experienced trade professionals. This role offers the chance to impact multiple businesses at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead operational transitions and support new acquisitions on-site
• Identify and implement improvements in dispatching, pricing, and productivity
• Support monthly business reviews and data collection across portfolio
• Become the internal expert on ServiceTitan and drive platform adoption

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of operating & project leadership inside a trades-based business
• Demonstrated ability to earn trust of operators and field-based teams
• Strong project management skills across multiple companies
• Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on ServiceTitan experience or comparable FSM platform
• Experience in private equity-backed or roll-up trades environment
• Familiarity with field service economics (technician productivity, dispatch efficiency)
