You'll drive supplier quality strategy for critical hardware and electromechanical supply chains at a humanoid robotics company. Your work ensures a reliable, scalable supplier base that supports mass deployment of robots alongside warehouse teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit supplier quality systems and manufacturing processes
• Lead part-by-part qualification, PPAP, and FAI
• Drive supplier root cause analysis, CAPA, and containment
• Analyze supplier performance data to improve delivery and reliability

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of Supplier Quality Engineering experience
• Expertise in PCBA and electromechanical assembly processes
• Proficiency with quality tools (FAI, PPAP, CAPA, 8D, FMEA)

✨ Nice to Have

• ASQ certification (CQE, CSQP, CMQ/OE)
• Familiarity with Net-Inspect
