You'll join BAYADA's accredited Nurse Residency Program as a new graduate RN, providing one-on-one home care to clients of all ages. You'll gain confidence with around-the-clock clinical support and flexible scheduling while earning weekly pay.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to clients in their homes
• Use electronic charting with AlayaCare
• Participate in paid training and simulation labs
• Collaborate with clinical managers for skill development

• Current valid RN license in MN
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR certification in good standing
