💼 About This Role

You'll join Bozzuto to perform preventative maintenance and service ticket resolution in a luxury residential community. Your work directly impacts resident satisfaction and property preservation. This role offers a clear path to earning your EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification after one year.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Perform turnover repairs and prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• Maintain building cleanliness, grounds, and snow removal
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hour emergencies

📋 Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call rotation including weekends and evenings
• Ability to frequently exert 25 to 50 pounds of force

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA 608 certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Basic computer skills and software proficiency
