🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct research and draft post-conviction motions
• Prepare legal documents such as motions and subpoenas
• Assist attorneys with trial notebooks and discovery
• Compose letters and maintain legal files

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation support experience
• Working knowledge of federal and state court systems
• Proficiency with legal research tools such as Lexis and Westlaw
• Hands-on familiarity with ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures
• Law degree required
