Description

You will leverage data analytics to derive insights and develop credit strategies, partnering cross-functionally with Machine Learning, Product, Engineering, and other teams to responsibly manage risk and enable sustainable growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as data analyst/scientist (consumer credit risk preferred)
• Extensive experience with SQL and Python or other scripting languages
• Ability to collaborate and influence across teams
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Leverage experimentation and advanced data analytics to derive insights
• Optimize credit underwriting by translating data into actionable strategies
• Determine and optimize purchasing power to balance risk and growth
• Support product launches by designing and implementing credit strategies
• Partner with ML and Engineering teams to build credit risk capabilities
