💼 About This Role

You'll join the derivatives operations team at XP Inc., a leading Brazilian financial institution. Your core impact will be ensuring flawless settlement and registration of derivative transactions. This role offers exposure to CCP and non-CCP environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and execute daily derivative operations routines.
• Register, settle, reconcile, and formalize derivative transactions.
• Communicate with B3, vendors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Develop and implement continuous operational improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with derivatives products (NDF, SWAP, Commodity Terms, Options).
• Knowledge of CCP and non-CCP environments.
• Experience with registration and settlement processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of fixed income operational processes.
• Programming logic and languages like Python or VBA.
• Experience in continuous improvement and automation.
