• Own design for acquisition and conversion touchpoints
• Design campaigns, emails, landing pages, and onboarding flows
• Drive alignment across marketing, product, engineering, and data teams
• Mentor a team of designers and ensure high-quality execution

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience with 3+ years in growth or performance design
• Proven track record of high-performing acquisition designs
• Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with cross-functional teams
• Deep expertise in visual and product design with conversion focus
