You'll support short-form video production for a media company with 45M+ followers, working with top artists and brands. You'll manage the full production lifecycle from planning to post-production. This role offers hands-on experience with camera, lighting, and audio equipment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in planning and execution of video productions on-location and in-studio.
• Manage creative projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth workflow from ideation to delivery.
• Work directly with hosts, artists, and guests to foster an engaging environment on set.
• Participate in brainstorms and pitch original content ideas aligned with audience goals.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years in video production, ideally social or entertainment-focused
• Hands-on camera, lighting, and audio experience in studio and field
• Strong grasp of short-form platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Proven project management ability and hitting deadlines

✨ Nice to Have

• Basic editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, or Resolve)
• Motion graphics or design experience (After Effects, Photoshop)
• Experience with Notion, Asana, or Frame.io
