You'll manage a portfolio of named customers, driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals and expansion. You'll own the contract renewal process and collaborate with sales on growth opportunities. You'll also provide strategic guidance and best practices for PRM software usage.

- Manage customer contract and renewal process
- Provide ongoing technical and product support to customers
- Collaborate with sales team to support expansion opportunities
- Maintain communication cadence on adoption and usage trends
📋 Requirements
- Superior interpersonal and leadership skills
- Highly organized with strong time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with PRM or CRM software (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot)

- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- Negotiation skills for contract management
