💼 About This Role

You'll own the people operations foundations of a fast-growing AI-native startup while acting as a trusted partner to managers. You'll build scalable HR processes and support a high-trust, high-performance culture as the company grows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the core employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits)
• Maintain accurate people data across Deel, Ashby, Notion, and Slack
• Support managers with compensation benchmarking, performance conversations, and employee issues
• Manage visa and immigration processes with external counsel

📋 Requirements

• Strong generalist HR experience in a high-growth technology company
• Experience operating in a lean People team in a VC-backed startup
• Hands-on people operations experience including payroll and benefits administration
• Working knowledge of UK employment matters; US exposure helpful

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with technical teams in Engineering, Product, or R&D
• AI-curious with active use of AI tools in work
