Description
You will drive critical People Team programs and operational efficiencies, building scalable, technology-enabled processes that align with company growth. You'll own core HR programs such as Leaves of Absence, Accommodations, Workers' Compensation, and Annual Performance Reviews, leveraging Workday to automate workflows and streamline operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant field
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
- 3+ years of experience managing LOAs or building leaves/worker's compensation processes
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws including FMLA, ADA, and immigration compliance
- Deep proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management tools, and HCM (Workday preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead administration of all leave programs including FMLA, ADA, state-specific leaves, parental leave, disability, and company-sponsored leave policies
- Lead administration of Worker's Compensation program
- Support employment-based immigration programs (e.g., H-1B, PERM, green card sponsorships)
- Build scalable processes and documentation for assigned programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR/People teams and other departments for program implementation and adoption
