Requirements

• 6-10+ years business development, 2-3+ years sales leadership
• Based in Westchester, NY
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Demonstrated track record in B2B outreach and account growth
• Ability to travel locally up to 1 hour

Responsibilities

• Support admissions goals and own team performance
• Manage and lead Outreach Directors and Managers in a region
• Measure KPIs and report monthly
• Develop GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build relationships with referral sources
