💼 About This Role

You'll be the technical anchor of a cross-functional Growth pod, setting technical direction for subscription experiments across web, mobile, and CTV. You'll own experiment infrastructure and drive measurable impact on conversion, retention, and ARPU. This role offers you the chance to shape the technical roadmap for PlayOn's growth surface.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical strategy and feasibility for the product trio.
• Design and ship subscription growth experiments across platforms.
• Build internal tooling to accelerate experiment velocity.
• Mentor engineers through code and design reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Staff-level experience with consumer subscription growth.
• Full-stack ability with TypeScript and a frontend framework.
• Hands-on experience with Stripe, Amplitude, and LaunchDarkly.

✨ Nice to Have

• Built internal growth tooling that accelerated experiment velocity.
• Native mobile or CTV experience (Roku, Fire TV).
• Worked in sports media or OTT streaming.
