💼 About This Role
You'll drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities for a public benefit corporation building civic tech tools. You'll manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for B2B clients in progressive politics and social impact.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead strategic conversations with B2B customers to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to penetrate new markets.
- Conduct industry research to identify trends in civic tech and CSR sectors.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline within HubSpot.
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of consultative B2B sales experience with a quota track record.
- Proven ability to close opportunities via cold outreach and networking.
- Manage high volume of active opportunities (45+) simultaneously.
- Skilled in solution-selling or similar consultative sales frameworks.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Experience selling to CSR departments, ESG teams, or Higher Education Institutions.
