💼 About This Role

You'll own finance, operations, and legal for a Series B AI research lab building AI Humans. You'll drive strategic finance, vendor negotiation, and legal management, advising founders on scaling the company. This role offers the chance to build systems from scratch in an early-stage environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage strategic finance and FP&A processes
• Oversee accounting operations and vendor negotiations
• Lead legal risk assessment and external counsel management
• Advise founders on fundraising and business scaling

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of financial strategy and business operations experience
• Strong analytical skills and enterprise billing knowledge
• System building experience from scratch or significant improvement
• Experience working directly with founders in a startup environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Founder or startup building experience
• Scaling a company from Seed to Series B/C/D
• Familiarity with Ramp, Rippling, Pulley, or Stripe
