You'll own Flexport's website and self-serve experience, turning visitor traffic into a qualified pipeline by optimizing the intersection between marketing and product. Your core impact will be driving conversion rate optimization and product-led growth through rigorous experimentation. This high-leverage role partners with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape how prospects discover and convert.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own Flexport.com growth roadmap, SEO, AEO, and information architecture
- Lead CRO through structured A/B and multivariate experiments
- Manage self-serve funnel from visit to signup, activation, and sales handoff
- Define and instrument growth metrics and dashboards
๐ Requirements
- Product management experience with significant depth in growth at a high-growth B2B company
- Proven track record of improving web traffic, signup conversion, or pipeline generation
- Deep understanding of enterprise B2B buying motions and complex sales cycles

- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS
- Power user of AI tools like Claude Code or Codex for prototyping and analysis
