💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer onboarding and implementation for a complex SaaS platform, ensuring new users successfully adopt and derive value. You'll act as a trusted partner translating business needs into configurations, collaborating with Sales, CS, Support, and Engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes.
• Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration.
• Communicate onboarding requirements with customers and stakeholders.
• Log customer needs, feedback, and issues using CRM systems.

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in customer onboarding or customer-facing roles.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience working with clients including senior decision-makers.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve escalations.
