You'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts at Assembled, the unified platform orchestrating human and AI support at scale for companies like Canva and Etsy. You'll drive customer outcomes, ensure retention and growth, and serve as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of customers to achieve goals and drive business outcomes
- Project-manage customer initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively monitor customer health and create success plans
- Drive customer renewals and mitigate churn in your book of business
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience in operational or start-up environments
- Ability to manage executive-level stakeholders and consult on best practices
- Strong project management skills with cross-functional collaboration
- Comfort working in highly unstructured environments and independently
