💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary legal partner for global third-party spend and non-customer commercial relationships. You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of vendor, services, and sponsorship contracts. This role embeds scalable, tech-enabled contracting practices with global cross-functional impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, draft, and negotiate vendor and operational agreements.
• Maintain and improve NDA templates, playbooks, and CLM tooling.
• Advise on contract risk allocation and commercial terms.
• Lead negotiation of advertising, sponsorship, and brand partnerships.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. or equivalent legal qualification and bar admission
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or commercial legal role
• Expertise in SaaS, cloud, and technology services contracts
• Experience negotiating insurance clauses and risk transfer

✨ Nice to Have

• In-house experience at a global technology or fintech company
• Familiarity with CLM tools like Ironclad
• Knowledge of Asia-Pacific data privacy laws
