🎯 What You'll Do

• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean search
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
• Craft personalized outreach messages to drive candidate engagement
• Track sourcing metrics to improve channel effectiveness

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in recruiting/sourcing in technical high-growth organizations
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Experience managing high-volume scheduling and multi-stage interviews
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby)
