🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using evidence-based curriculum
• Review assigned curriculum and facilitate across age groups and cohorts
• Foster client engagement and encourage a camera-on culture
• Complete client documentation within 24 hours meeting standards

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in mental health or related field (MSW, Counseling, MFT)
• Current residence in Oregon and legal eligibility to work
• Proficiency across multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI)
• Ability to facilitate engaging virtual sessions with reliable internet
