🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end company-wide strategic planning process
• Translate complex ideas into clear strategies and narratives
• Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution
• Prepare executive- and board-level presentations and decision frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy
• Experience in subscription, SVOD/streaming, or DTC businesses
• 5+ years building and leading high-performing teams
• Experience creating executive- and board-level materials
