You'll own end-to-end recruiting for critical roles at an aerospace startup building supersonic aircraft. Your work will directly shape the team that democratizes high-speed flight. This role offers a chance to partner with founders on hiring strategy from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for executive and specialized technical roles
• Partner with founders to define hiring priorities and interview strategies
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent
• Lead executive search efforts including confidential searches and offer negotiation

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience in fast-growing startups
• Experience recruiting in aerospace & defense or deep-tech domains
• Proven ability to recruit both executive-level leaders and deeply technical ICs
• Strong sourcing and assessment skills for hands-on, operational candidates
