You'll lead the infrastructure platform team at Horizon3.ai, a remote cybersecurity company. Your core impact is enabling product teams to rapidly launch features through self-service infrastructure and establishing an SRE function. This role combines platform engineering leadership with building operational excellence from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead software engineering teams providing infrastructure-as-code
• Establish governance for self-service infrastructure provisioning
• Hire and grow an SRE team, professionalize incident management
• Drive engineering excellence through design reviews and retrospectives

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading teams operating SaaS service infrastructure
• Hands-on with public cloud platforms, especially AWS
• Strong command of Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform
• Experience managing production Kubernetes environments at scale

✨ Nice to Have

• Crossplane and GitOps patterns familiarity
• Azure and GCP experience
• Incident management and SRE background
