You'll deliver an optimal provider experience and engage the community around our PACE model of care. You'll work relentlessly to ensure network performance that enables high caliber service delivery to seniors. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support network quality through provider relationship development and maintenance
• Guide partners from onboarding through ongoing engagement and optimization
• Maintain cross-functional relationships for smooth operational integration
• Coordinate credentialing by following up with providers to collect documents

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Must reside in Northern/Southern California and attend monthly meetings
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in relevant area
• Experience in network relations, provider contracting, or health plan operations
