๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Administer and govern Seismic content platform daily
- Design and execute onboarding program for new hires
- Lead ongoing training sessions for AEs, ADRs, and AMs
- Partner with GTM leadership to build enablement roadmap
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Sales Enablement in SaaS
- Admin-level experience with Seismic
- Built or revamped onboarding programs with measurable impact
- Translate Product-speak into Value-speak for sales
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Compose SDK positioning
- Comfortable working across Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams
- Self-starter who identifies and fixes gaps in sales process
