๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Administer and govern Seismic content platform daily
  • Design and execute onboarding program for new hires
  • Lead ongoing training sessions for AEs, ADRs, and AMs
  • Partner with GTM leadership to build enablement roadmap

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in Sales Enablement in SaaS
  • Admin-level experience with Seismic
  • Built or revamped onboarding programs with measurable impact
  • Translate Product-speak into Value-speak for sales

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Compose SDK positioning
  • Comfortable working across Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams
  • Self-starter who identifies and fixes gaps in sales process
