Description

You will support parking enforcement rules across Canada by analyzing and processing electronic parking infractions, validating parking session details, and navigating multiple databases simultaneously. You'll identify remote software errors and assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and French
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven customer service experience in a multitasking environment
• Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, and software
• Ability to lift up to 22 kg

• Analyze, verify, and process electronic parking infractions
• Validate parking session details including timestamps and vehicle photo feeds
