You'll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for D2L's global clients, acting as an escalation point for complex problems. You'll collaborate across teams to improve product functionality and deliver a world-class support experience.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems via chat, phone, or email
- Replicate and troubleshoot configuration and software issues
- Create support documentation and knowledge-based articles
- Participate in collaborative troubleshooting sessions
๐ Requirements
- Ability to write and debug SQL queries
- Working knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST, XML, HTML)
- Experience with Microsoft SQL or similar databases
- Relevant work experience in a support role
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in a Helpdesk environment
- LMS experience (user, administration, support)
- Experience with Salesforce or ticketing systems
