You'll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for D2L's global clients, acting as an escalation point for complex problems. You'll collaborate across teams to improve product functionality and deliver a world-class support experience.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems via chat, phone, or email
  • Replicate and troubleshoot configuration and software issues
  • Create support documentation and knowledge-based articles
  • Participate in collaborative troubleshooting sessions

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Ability to write and debug SQL queries
  • Working knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST, XML, HTML)
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL or similar databases
  • Relevant work experience in a support role

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in a Helpdesk environment
  • LMS experience (user, administration, support)
  • Experience with Salesforce or ticketing systems
