Description

You will maintain, operate, and troubleshoot building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Your work ensures safe and efficient operations while responding to tenant requests and performing routine maintenance.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Two to three years of job-related experience or trade certification
• CFC Certification preferred
• Familiarity with fire/life safety equipment/procedures
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on building systems
• Respond to tenant service requests (hot/cold calls, plumbing, lighting)
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate issues
• Assist with preventive maintenance and contractor oversight
• Conduct property inspections and record equipment readings
