Description

As a General Manager, you will lead store operations, drive team performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-growing cannabis dispensary. You will oversee daily operations, compliance, and financial reporting while mentoring your team to achieve goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years multi-functional retail management with direct supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, coaching, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with scheduling, inventory systems, and financial reporting
• High integrity, personal motivation, adaptability, and sense of urgency
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire team of managers and associates to exceed operational and financial goals
• Oversee scheduling, cash and inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance
• Champion culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement
• Develop and coach Assistant GMs for future leadership roles
• Collaborate with corporate and cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction
