💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with the Founder to drive China market entry and build the company's first operating systems. You will turn ambiguous ideas into clear plans and ensure they get executed across hiring, partnerships, and fundraising. This role offers exposure to the highest-priority initiatives in a fast-moving AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work directly with Founder to drive China market entry strategy and execution
• Build and execute initial hiring plans, sourcing and closing top talent
• Support fundraising efforts including materials and investor coordination
• Establish A1's presence in China, including office setup and vendors
• Drive external positioning through PR, partnerships, and key relationships

📋 Requirements

• Background in MBB consulting, top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles
• Strong generalist able to switch between strategy, hiring, and operations
• High agency - does not wait for instructions, figures things out and moves
• Strong judgment to prioritize and make decisions with incomplete information
