💼 About This Role

You'll join a team building Mission Manager, a PaaS for US Government customers to run software securely and compliantly. You'll define the strategy for scaling this platform and witness the impact on critical missions. You'll build robust APIs powered by Kubernetes controllers bridging raw K8s to a feature-rich runtime.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify product gaps and implement improvements with customer engineers.
• Leverage K8s primitives and OSS ecosystem to solve business-critical problems.
• Build and evolve APIs abstracting complex distributed systems for developers.
• Champion long-term tech roadmap for scalability and reduced operational burden.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 1+ years contributing to system design or architecture of new/existing systems.
• Strong coding skills in Go, Java, or equivalent.
• Experience designing, building, and operating high-scale observability or infrastructure systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
• Deep familiarity with Kubernetes and its ecosystem.
• Active US Security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
