🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as main client contact for multiple web/eCommerce accounts
  • Create statements of work, resourcing needs, and timelines
  • Prepare and present creative briefs for UX/UI designers
  • Manage research projects, ensuring they stay on track and on budget

📋 Requirements

  • Ability to constructively challenge the client and brief
  • Experience growing accounts and creating proposals
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects in a digital creative environment
  • Understanding of customer touchpoints along the digital customer journey

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with UX/UI/consultancy/data/AI/developers and analytics
  • Strong analytical skills to devise and implement strategies
  • Excellent written skills for proposals and presentations
