You'll manage client projects across web/eCommerce, acting as main point of contact for multiple clients. You'll drive account growth by spotting opportunities and crafting strategic proposals. This role combines project management with creative direction in a leading CX team.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as main client contact for multiple web/eCommerce accounts
- Create statements of work, resourcing needs, and timelines
- Prepare and present creative briefs for UX/UI designers
- Manage research projects, ensuring they stay on track and on budget
📋 Requirements
- Ability to constructively challenge the client and brief
- Experience growing accounts and creating proposals
- Proven track record managing multiple projects in a digital creative environment
- Understanding of customer touchpoints along the digital customer journey

- Experience with UX/UI/consultancy/data/AI/developers and analytics
- Strong analytical skills to devise and implement strategies
- Excellent written skills for proposals and presentations
