You'll maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance at Carvana's Market Hubs. Your core impact is ensuring timely deliveries and highest customer satisfaction. This role offers rapid pay growth through performance-based increases.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors

📋 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
