💼 About This Role

You'll lead the enterprise risk management function for a fully regulated crypto company in the Philippines. Your work ensures business continuity and regulatory compliance while building a strong risk culture. You'll report directly to senior management and shape the company's risk appetite.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and assess financial, operational, credit, market, and liquidity risks.
• Develop and implement risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Monitor key risk indicators and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare risk reports for senior management, board, and regulators.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or risk management.
• Significant experience in enterprise risk management and compliance.
• Proven track record of delivering process enhancements efficiently.
• Experience with risk management software and analytical tools.

• Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, PRM).
