You'll lead two data engineering and ops teams to modernize the data platform using a Data Lakehouse approach. You'll drive roadmap ownership and collaborate with product management and architects to enable a self-service data platform. This role offers the chance to shape data governance and contribute to a company-wide transformation program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the data platform roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
• Maintain robust batch ingestion and validation pipelines.
• Lead creation of a self-service data platform.
• Mentor and upskill team members in best practices.

📋 Requirements

• Proven leadership and mentorship of data engineering teams.
• Extensive experience with Data Lakehouse architectures.
• Solid understanding of Data Mesh principles.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Airflow.
