You will provide Tier 2 technical support for Samsara's IoT solutions, troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues for customers in industries like transportation, construction, and agriculture. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve products and documentation.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3-5 years in support, engineering, or technical roles
- 1-2 years troubleshooting mobile applications
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Experience managing tickets and providing product feedback
Responsibilities
- Become expert on Samsara's IoT product portfolio
- Troubleshoot and resolve medium to high complexity customer issues
- Respond to customers and meet SLA goals
- Author and maintain knowledge base articles
- Partner with Engineering to reproduce bugs and build testbeds
